under the age of 16 is too young.&nbsp; 16 and up is fair game to gwak at.&nbsp; more so when they are walking around more then half naked and their boobs are out to the point where you see nip.&nbsp; god i love the summer.

I suppose that if you don't know the age of the girl in question, rating her hotness is fair game.&nbsp; I've seen 16 year olds that could pass for 25, and vice versa.&nbsp; Until you know their age for sure, ogle away!<br />
