tv tuner cards

<p>I don't know how many of you have tuner cards for your PC but i found some nicer software to use with it than what typically comes with them outta the box.&nbsp; ATI's is doo-doo. and so are the others i have seen.</p><p>it's called DScaler, and if you are into high quality results, its even better. its free.&nbsp; I thought i would share.</p><p><a href="http://www.dscaler.org/downloads.htm">http://www.dscaler.org/downloads.htm</a></p>

<p>ur the man</p><p>I have ATI's software and that is dog shit</p><p>The
refresh rate is all messed up.&nbsp; Im sure its not the card either
because i got trail software that worked well but it only lasted 20
mins.</p><p>much props&nbsp;</p>
