Just the basement, but only if the ground is already saturated.

On another note, the storm tonight caused some nice flooding on 17 in the Hasbrouck Heights/Lodi area. I actually saw a minivan stuck in floodwaters on a jughandle. It had only been raining for a little while at that point too.

We have FEMA here in "cleveland , Ohio" of all places right now, call an insurance agent and ask about your options,It hasn't stopped raining in weeks. i.e. Lake County Ohio, we get up to 20,000 bucks to 200,000 bucks for damages.

A long time ago
A million years BC
The best things in life
Were absolutely free.
But no one appreciated
A sky that was always blue.
And no one congratulated
A moon that was always new.
So it was planned that they would vanish now and them
And you must pay before you get them back again.
That's what storms were made for
And you shouldn't be afraid for
Every time it rains it rains
Pennies from heaven.

i like these lyrics

Since I bought my condo in February, there is one sprinkler head that drips. I've asked three times to have maintenance fix it.

I'm in a corner unit on the ground so when it rains a lot the gutters back up and leak into my corner.

I am a carpenter. If you take pics from a couple different angles, i can tell you how to flash that so it won't leak. Tar and goop usually make it worse, and if you live in an area that freezes then it will almost definetly leak again.
