You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

<p>I call bullshit</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>My company does lots of digging out east and even tore down that&nbsp;gas ball in that story.&nbsp; Anything below 5 or 6 feet is under the water table.&nbsp; Tunells, if they tried digging them, would quickly flood.</p>
