Is this girl white or black?

When I took the picture she looked pretty white to me but now people are telling me she looks black.&nbsp; If you take a look at the full image her skin is pretty white, I see no black in it at all.&nbsp; But others claim the hair and the face show she's black.</p><p>What's everyone else say?&nbsp; And can Iplease get actual answers with the goofing on the cosplay?&nbsp;</p>
