I met Noel Neill at a convention and she was really sweet!!! Plus, she's REALLY the original, having played Lois Lane in the Superman "cliffhanger" serial that starred Kirk Alyn as the Man of Steel. Noel Neill not only was Lois in the serials two times and replaced Phyllis Coates on the George Reeves Superman, but she also appeared in two Superman movies and the Superboy tv series.

Phyllis Coates.  She was the dark, serious Lois on the TV show.  Then Noel Neil came in and played comedy Lois.  Hatcher and Erica are gorgeous, but not in the mold of the original Lois.  Chloe is more Lois than Lois on Smallville, or at least was.  Now Lois is a reporter too.
