...i never post this much to message boards. I'll be in NYC friday morning through monday. I need a polish deli. The only polish deli's i know of are in Long Island on Jericho Trnpk. Are there any in the city near west 31st street? All that i found were in Brooklyn.... *and i need to know if they are open on sunday*

Also, if you (rf net people)(yes you) are interested in getting drunktastically social with Skeleton (bf)(it's his birthday Sunday) and I, let me know. I believe JustJon is planning to hang with us friday night. Any suggestions for places to eat or go would be fantabulous too. Italian cuisine preferable. Or anyplace involving meat and beer.

I believe there are a bunch of Polish delis/meat stores on 2nd Ave - justsouth of 9th st.

It's a small Polish section of NYC.

Regarding beer...I always suggest McSorley's Ale House (7th street off the bowery). Oldest bar in the country I think....awesome place that every beer fan should go to at least once.

http://www.pubcrawler.com/Template/ReviewWC.cfm/flat/BrewerID=1155

P.S.
I don't know about Polish delis in Manhattan but I've got a big kielbasa at my place in Queens if you're interested. And it's all meat!
