What's Your Favorite Pudding?

<p>Is there any more perfect food on God's green earth than pudding?&nbsp; I think not.&nbsp; I'm usually a rice pudding man myself (especially if it has some of those white grape/raisin things in it), but I'm not above turning down a nice cup of chocolate pudding.&nbsp; Can't stand the vanilla though. </p><p>MAN!&nbsp;How I wish I had me some pudding in the house right now.</p>

I make a killer chocolate/pistachio cake using pistachio pudding! I love it. And is
it
something about this summer heat that makes one crave pudding? I was just
talking to my husband last night about making some pudding parfaits with
whipped cream and then I see this thread today.
