The one by that guy that Dave mistakenly thought was a resturant? It had a good vibe and now I want more.

No, the song was played towards the end of the day when Winny was on. Dave kept going on about how he wanted to take R&F to see Superman and a resterant but he named some (I'm assuming by the sound of the singers voice) black singer and the song was just kick ass.

You could listen to the replay at 2-3 am and miss work in the morning if you are anal.....but chances are soeone who listens then will pop up like a weasel with your answer.See this red-headed guy in the anal pic? He's the one you should ask by sending him a MeMo to his anal inbox >> try >> East Side Dave clicking on East Side Dave and see what anal box pops up. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a45/JLehane/BigEastSidedaveCollage215kb.jpg Images may not be as they appear in real life.Sure the Martian balloonhead has a face and buck teeth, but the real East Side Dave has a cyclops eyebrow.Anal people cannot see green babyheads,so they must not exist. Ask Dave what music was played....he was a DJ on another station. But Black Earl is the one to ask about Music Trivia...he's the expert.Oh Mikeboy found that out many times,so ask Earl who is the music director at R&F show.Music is a beauty thing ...isn't it?That's why Dave is always smiling..... :>

I'm listening to it on the Myfi right now. It's the legendary Solomon Burke.

Hey, for us newbies (at least to the board), is there a database where one could go for songs Black Earl plays, either in the intro or the show itself?

I'm looking for the one song Earl used to play at the intro (techno, voice loops "the brothers gonna work it out") and the outro song with the whistling and the drum solo. I'd love to get clean copies of those songs.

Also, a few weeks back, Earl played a new/unreleased Johnny Cash song, or it sounded like him.
