The President does appoint the justices though, then they are confirmed.

I disagreed with who can declare war, because the constitution states that the President can declare for 30 days without approval from congress.

That is such a stupid question for a citizen born here. That would be like asking a regular tax payer what form to fill out if you are a corporation who is filing bankrupcy

The INS form was one of the easiest ones. It says Application for Naturalization why wouldnt you choose that one?? Petition is for when you have already been denied something.

You are correct about that, which i stated in my argument way above. The President can declare ware for 30 days.

The power to declaire war is one that was not given to the president, because they were afraid of the president having too much power (kind of like a dictator sending his people to be slaughtered) This is why the president cannot declare war, but in the past half centry presidents have taken on more resposniblity to declaire "War" or even "Police Actions" Because he is commander in cheif and can move his army as he likes it.
It's 60 days with the possibility of a 30 day extension as per The War Powers Act of 1973.
