Sometimes when I go out to an asian restaurant or if I get sushi I see on the menus they offer something called crunchy shrimp. In the case of sushi what is crunchy shrimp? Is it shrimp that cooked a certain way or more like the shell or something is left on it. What is it, and is it good?

Sounds delicious. Now tell me this. Is jumbo shrimp really big shrimp, or very small jumbos?
Grilled shrimp that fell on the floor and then they put back on the grill.<br />
