From <a href="http://www.allaccess.com/" target="_new">All Access</a>: A Howard Stern fan allegedly grabbed and pushed Opie and Anthony Executive Producer Ben Sparks against a wall during the morning radio duo's daily "walk over" Friday from WFNY, their NYC radio station, to their XM Satellite Radio studio down the street. The fan claimed that Sparks spat at him, a claim denied by Sparks. Once the Stern fan was subdued by O&A's security team, Gregg "Opie" Hughes stuck a microphone in his face and "profanely demanded and received an apology

I didn't hear O&A this morning but that Howard Stern fan is a total moron for attacking Ben. If he was a true Howard fan then he should know how much animosity there is between Howard and O&A. Therefore He should know better than to be messing with anyone on the O&A camp. Didn't he know that would just get your ass kicked. He deserved what he got for being soooo stupid. those are my 2-cents, that's all for now.

Do you know anything about O&A at all or have you listened to their show carefully? They have always said that each of them has their own thing to do on the show, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what Opie does and what Anthony does as far as their show goes. And do you know the story of how they got together? Opie had his own radio show and Anthony was a frequent guest until he just became a host because Opie realized that he could do funny bits.

I kind've feel bad for the guy. The whole thing was very over the top. The way O&A handled themselves after he was pinned was pretty embarrassing.

I understand both sides of the situation: the guy was getting frustrated by all the bullying from O&A and wanted to beat the shit out of someone, while O&A couldn't see it coming and when it happened, they wanted this guy to know not to fuck with their boys.

But, I don't see why O&A couldn't be the better people. This guy had atleast two security guys on him, and the cops were on their way. But O&A had to let this guy know he was a "fucking faggot" as if he and we didn't know that already. It sounded like they couldn't control themselves and there was very little stopping them from making him eat his own shit.

I understand the guy attacked a member of the show, but this is something for the cops to take care of. O&A did not make this situation better, and in my mind, instead of making the guy feel terrible by making fun of him (and making the situation funny), they seriously scared the shit out of the dude and it was far from funny for me.

world( not radio land) when all you do is bad mouth the competiton, you
look like a low class a-hole. Then your client starts asking questions
about the competion and calls them to see for themselves. Its called
being above the competion.
