I have been having a LOT of tightness in my legs and need to know a good way to stretch. Does anyone have suggestions? I think if I had a dvd on it it would help me better, because I tried reading how to do it and I think it would do me be better to see it being done. I want to get total body flexability, and I have been sedentary for way too long, and when I try and do something it kills me. I walk a lot and I know I should stretch before and I do a little, but I dont know if I would be better off doing something more effective. Any videos or instructors or names or whatever will help. Thanks.

I don't know if you're talking about yoga or just track and field kind of stretching...

But if you want to try yoga but don't want to go to a class I'd try: http://www.yogazone.com/main.htm

The website is a little flowery, but I used to watch the show on TV and of the 10 or so different kinds of Yoga shows/tapes I've seen Yoga zone was the best. Pretty girls, pretty beaches and while they're calm, they don't push any yoga agenda...it's mostly about stretching...

You could sign up for netflix and just rent a bunch of different yoga DVDs too...they might have just stretching ones...
