Heather seems to clearly be the early favorite even with the burn on her hand. Tom, the sweaty guy, really grosses me out too. I could never eat anything he cooked.

<p>Yep, I watched.&nbsp; I'm in.&nbsp; The &quot;evil&quot; Chef Ramsey tasting the signature dishes seemed forced this time around.&nbsp; But he seemed to return to form when they got to cooking.&nbsp; I think Ramsey's two soux chefs spent a lot of time in the off-season practicing their &quot;serious/mean&quot; faces.&nbsp; It's almost convincing now.<br /></p><p>Seems like the show is a known formula now -- did you catch the guy walking up to Ramsey at the counter to complain about &quot;no pumpkin&quot;... He just wanted on the show.&nbsp; Forced.&nbsp; Blech.</p><p>Heather sure feels like a ringer -- &quot;Here's Polly she's good at making grilled cheese sandwiches, and here's Heather she's been a Soux Chef for 12 years.&quot;&nbsp; Hmmm.</p><p>And nope, no Crazy Jen sighting.&nbsp; I recall a story about her going to someone's apartment in NY to film something for the opening.&nbsp; I assume that part of the show was the very quick film-strip like presentation of foiks' audition tapes... It went by in a blip.</p><p>What I want to know is what place do you need to finish in to get a &quot;date&quot; with West Side?&nbsp;</p>
