I saw this movie in the movie theaters and I lived it. A while ago I bought the DVD and just today I managed to watch it. The ending is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Is now has a retarded corny ending. In the movie the ending I saw was he went to Amy Smart when she was young and told her she hated him. So they never met. Classic. Great no corny ending. Now the ending is retarded. I am not even sure what the hell it is. All I know is everything happens ever so happy. What ending did you see and why the F change a great ending. Just so we can see happy happy ending?

I saw the director's cut dvd ending (suicide) and the theatrical one was on there as well (walking the streets and passing her by). I preferred the "death by umbilical chord" version myself

and I lived it.

eww cyyfyy was forced to have sex with a girl when he was 9 while the girls father video taped it

death by umbilical chord

thats nuts

Butterfly
effect is like a bad movie with a good idea but when you watch it its
horible but then its so insainly fucked up you wanna watch it

i think its aston kutchers goofy face that makes the movie seam silly and the mall metal soundtrack

the
original hapy ending was alright it was happy but sad but i don't
really know how it worked like he told the girl to go away and say a
bunch of crap but i dont see how that led them to living normal wouldny
her brother still be kinda creepy and her dad a big prevert sure aston
would live sorta normal life i think but it's still kinda confusing to
me atleast
