http://www.myspace.com/gnarlsbarkley

I stumbled upon this band while watching the MTV Movie Awards. I've never heard them before, but the guy's voice is very interesting...kinda like Al Green...

The single "Crazy" is pretty good. Feels good to hear a new sound every now and then...

Fuck.

That.

Noice.

St. Elsewhere is the name of the album, and it's the shit. Not shit, the shit.

I just added their version of Gone Daddy Gone to my Myspace page. Pretty damn cool! Black Earl opened the show with Crazy a few weeks ago. Everyone seemed to dig it. One of the guys if from Gorillaz.

If i wanted to listen to someone who sings and mixes retarded songs i'd buy a Moby album.

No thanks.

That would be producer Danger Mouse, but he only produced Demon Days, not the first Gorillaz album.

Gnarls Barkley, FYI, is a collaboration between Cee-Lo Green, formerly of Goodie Mob, and DJ DangerMouse, known for the 'Gray Album' mashup of the Beatles and Jay-Z.

I downloaded the album and was pretty dissapointed save for the one song that is playing on that MySpace page.

Earl said months ago (April 1 party I think) that he thought this album was gonna be huge. I've only heard the one song and liked it, haven't checked out the rest of it yet.

If you wanna give them a shot, may I suggest "Storm Coming" off the album St. Elsewhere It's got an old-timey Michael Jackson feel but and on crack.

I've heard of them before but not until today did i actually hear them...and let me tell you, they rule. Do yourself a favor...download or buy a cd or whatever you do, and do it immediately!
