Need help with a movie scene, if it even exists

<p>OK.</p><p>There is a guy in my office who pulls the most random stuff out of his butt.</p><p>Today he was talking about a movie in which, &quot;There is a bunch of guys sitting around a conference table in suits.&nbsp; Somebody gives a speech about 'if you're in the field you're a member of a team, but when you're at bat, you're an individual, while holding a baseball bat.&nbsp; Then he hits someone sitting at the table in the head with the bat'&quot;</p><p>Does anyone have any idea what movie this is?</p><p>He said &quot;The Godfather&quot;&nbsp;</p>
