I tried a new fad called jogging, or maybe it's yogging with a soft J. Apparently you just run, it's supposed to be wild.

<p><font face="courier new,courier,monospace" size="2">I run 2 or 3 times a week on a 2.5 mile mountain trail.</font></p><p><font face="courier new,courier,monospace" size="2">My times are slow, becuase it's a steep, winding, rock, and boulder strewn trail.</font></p><p><font face="courier new,courier,monospace" size="2">And I'm 45.</font></p><p><font face="courier new,courier,monospace" size="2">And I smoke.</font></p><p><font face="courier new,courier,monospace" size="2">And I have short, stumpy legs, and couldn't run fast, even when I was younger, and healthier.</font></p>
