You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

<p><a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12533682/" target="_blank">17 year-old who dreamed to participate in a rodeo dies after first ride.</a></p><p>His hand got caught in the rigging around the horses neck, he tried to run with it but got dragged around for a while until the horse fell on him. He died of multiple organ failure.<br /></p>
