Even if you could work out the logistics of putting these guns on the building and having them manned 24/7 by trained personnel, I think that shooting down an aircraft over lower Manhattan would be likely to kill far more people than the attack on the original WTC did.

impending plane attack which intends to crash into the tower.&nbsp; The
best-case scenario would be if the artillery *possibly* shot out a
fuselage and burned out some of the gas seconds before it slammed into
