Guitar Hero on PS2

Has anyone played this?  I thought it was going to be cheesy, but damn!  I played for about 2 hours straight.  If you haven't seen it, it is a game that comes w/ a guitar as a controller.  You have to hit the chords as they come up in the song.  They have real songs that really get you moving.  Has anyone played this?  Please confirm that it is a good game and that I'm not dreaming it....

The game is great.&nbsp; I have liked rhythm games for a long time and this one is one of the best.&nbsp; Using the special controller is even better than a standard gamepad.&nbsp; The songs are fun and it's a good party game.<br /><br />The second one is coming out soon and adds two player support with each player doing different parts.. like main guitar and bass backup.<br />

<p>I own at this game.</p><p>I have everything&nbsp;5 starred on Easy, Medium and Hard.&nbsp; I can't beat Bark at the Moon or Cowboys From Hell on Expert.&nbsp; I had to take a break from the game because that was pissing me off.&nbsp; Those songs are fucking crazy hard on Expert.&nbsp; Maybe I'll try again tonight.&nbsp; Can't wait for Guitar Hero 2, this game is awesome</p>

EB Games says 11/1 for Guitar Hero 2.&nbsp; There were also supposed to be genre packs coming out for GH1, but I don't know when they are supposed to come out.<br />
