a drying rack is not something i have. i have a closet. this would all be much easier if i had a clothes line outside.

i was without a dryer for about a year a while back and tried everything. the heater is definitely the way to go to keep them from getting stiff and ensuring that they're dry by morning...at least in my experience.

i'll probably turn it off in an hour, though.

Most flavorful is always breaded and fried. If you want to cut down on the "fried" part, this is what I do...

Preheat the oven to 375. Drag the fish through a bowl of beaten egg. Coat it in bread crumbs or cracker meal (buy some pre seasoned stuff, or create your own), place it in a glass oven safe dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray (like Pam). Cook it in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Knife Show is the fucking greatest thing on television. My friends and I call in constantly, and watch nearly every week. The guys on there are hysterical. This one dude was showing pictures of fish he caught, and baseball cards that he collected.


I ate mushrooms for the first time in five years the other night, and we watched Knife Show for like, a fucking hour.
