It's really more about attitude and well being than the number of years that have passed. I still do things I did when I was in my twenties! Playing ball, bike riding, listening to Metal, drinking 25 year olds under the table if need be. My boys also help to keep me young.

I still weigh the same as I did in my college days. I still maintain somewhat of a physique. And I can still maintain an erection for a REALLY long time!

ANd Moe. And we had to use dial-up(if we had a phone) and Unix, and vi, and feckin' Pine to read e-mail.
That is if "dial-up" means telegraph, "Unix" means abacus and "vi" means moveable type printing press.

I may be close!

I have 3 pastel knit ties, and a white linen suit. (ala Miami Vice)

I also have a skinny "Cars/ Mike Damone" tie somewhere in the bowels of my closet.

I was totally amazed at how turning 40 didn't faze me in the least. I think I was more depressed a few years ago when I hit 37 or 38 and realized I'd hit my "upper" 30's.

I think being comfortable in your own skin and at peace with yourself is the most important thing in life and age doesn't mean a damn thing when you can say you've achieved those things.

Now don't let me hear any of you young whipper-snappers utter another word on the subject or I'll pummel you with my cane.

thirty is not the new 50. I am 32, and I feel like I am 25 still. Age is only a number, you are only as old as you feel. Remember that you young whippersnapper
