They should take the kid away, but of course they won't.  That may also be a bit reactionary on my part, just because I hate irresponsible parents - and Brittany Spears.  Accidents happen, but c'mon.  First, she drives with the infant in her lap - MAJORLY unsafe - then they let the kid languish with a fractured skull and blood clot on the brain.  If my daughter fell, I would not wait a second to go to the hospital.

You know, he had to fall REALLY HARD to crack his skull. Babies have soft bone tissue in the skull (hence the phrase bouncing baby boy) which can withstand alot without fracturing. I bet they were laughing when he fell. Either because they were stoned or thought it was funny.

it's one thing if a kid falls. i have a son a little older than spear's kid. kids at this
age are just starting to develop enough muscle control to really move themselves,
but how (and what do you not do) to have a kid fall out of a high chair? i've always
felt bad for this kid, with who his parents are. but possible brain damage on top of
it.

The real problem with this is that they waited SIX FUCKING DAYS before

I feel bad for Britney. I've never seen the media cover and scrutinize someone this much since Princess Di. She's a new mother, making stupid mistakes, but she's getting fucking hammered for them online, TV and the tabloids and if they aren't dogging her for that it's her husband.
