<p>Buddays, I've never come to the board for advice but there is a
common situation that I just don't understand: Girls who like assholes.</p><p>I'm
not talking about 'bad boys' who ride a fucking motorcycle or have
tattoos, i'm talking about assholes who constantly put a girl down and
make them feel like shit, lie, cheat, or even physically abuse them.<br />
</p><p>Then, in comparison, the simple, polite things they do like
flowers seems waaay greater than it really should be, which is
expected!&nbsp; It's like when Chris Rock says 'youre supposed to take
care of you kids you dumb motherfucker'!&nbsp; they get credit for shit
theyre SUPPOSED to do.&nbsp; It's a continuous cycle.</p><p>Then to top
it all off, the girls know how stupid they are and should change, but
dont do anything about it, like theyre under some sort of mind control
that makes them thinks its impossible.</p><p>They usually know how its
gonna end, and in the mean time the people who really care about them
(me if u didnt figure that out) have to just sit by, complain, and tell
them what to do and just wait it out.&nbsp; Its really like a friend
with a drug problem:&nbsp; they know its unhealthy, they know they need
help, but they just continue to make excuses about it till one day it
hits em but that takes FOREVER...<br />
</p><p>I guess it does happen the other way sometimes but its mostly
women who are the victims.&nbsp; So I ask, what is the reason?&nbsp;

<p>This shit happens alot in your teens and twenties. It gets better in your 30's. Actually, the whole dynamic between men and women reverses around then. I wouldn't worry too much about girls like that, they're not ready for a stable, normal guy yet. They're still trying to prove something to themselves or their parents at that point. Even if you did date them, they'd just dump you for some loser. But thats just certain women. Most women aren't like that, even at that age.<br /></p><p>Why are you getting upset over someone who's not interested in you, anyway?&nbsp;</p>

My question is this. So you like a girl. The next step is to ask her out. How do you do this while acting like you don't need her or could care less if she says yes or not?

I'm sorry, I aint being an asshole/dickhead to get a girl. I'm a nice
guy, and that what i'll continue to be. Its all about confidence and
