Special Forces on the ground in Afghanistan

WASHINGTON - A handful of U.S. special forces are on the ground in Afghanistan, military sources told Fox News.

The sources said three teams on the ground - two teams in southern Afghanistan and a third "search and destroy" team south of Kabul. The teams usually consist of about 12 soldiers.

I wonder what they mean by fast. I remember the plan in Somalia was to go in, kill the warlord, and arrest his lieutenants. It was supposed to take a few hours and they called it fast.

Granted, mistakes were made in Somalia, but don't expect these raids to take 5 minutes.
