<p>Where did all of you guys go? Back a few years ago this was a hot bed of talk, where did you all go? Where are my wrestling friends? You all just hate wrestling now?</p>

<p><span class="postbody">You all just hate wrestling now?</span></p><p>It
just got to the point with me where there was no spark there on Raw and
especially on Smackdown. TNA I hardly ever know when it is on and maybe
I could give more effort to find it and DVR it. It's not like I'm
waiting for it to get popular again in the mainstream but I just want
to see something fresh. Some character development. Less Kane and
Undertaker and Trips and more new blood. More putting over from the
older guys. </p><p>All I got last summer when I would watch quite
frequently was more of the same. Yes, God bless those guys for doing
what they do in the ring. The wrestling aspect is still very good. Just
the storylines lacked. The whole Brand Development thing really lost me
too. The fact that Raw tries to make it like "OH NO! Here comes Randy
Orton! He's a Smackdown wrestler! HE'S A SMACKDOWN WRESTLER!" when we
all know it is the same damn company who runs both shows or the same
for Smackdown to a Raw guy just lost it for me. </p><p>I really most
of all missed the competition between WCW and WWF on Monday and even
Thursdays. I think the competitive nature between both companies really
made for good things to happen. I hope for TNA to be on Modays against
Raw so at least there may be some of that competition there. I hope for
that NWO type angle or that Stone Cold angle again. It just seems like
the WWF blew their load in the mid-90's and they can't come up with
asnything else. It is just to predictable.</p><p>So no, I don't hate wrestling, it's just not fun for me anymore to watch. </p>

<p>I for one still love wrestling. The action, drama, pagentry of it all. But how many times can I see HHH win the belt? How many times can I see The Big Show pushed like he should be but then job to Cena or HHH? Why should I care about the flavor of the month winning or losing when there is not much character development? Do I care if someone "jumps ship" to Smackdown or to Raw? Why should I?</p><p>Bring back the Hardcore divison, get real tag teams to hold the belts and not some lame no talent A-hole that is good to market (MNM) and if you do have guys like this make the storylines matter. Work on the storylines and not worry about if The Dudleys are wrestling under that name. Stop starting every show with VINCE talking for 15 mins. Shut up and fight! </p>

<p>For me wrestling got fresh again when I discovered promotions outside of the WWE like Ring of Honor, Jersey All Pro, New Japan, and other independents. They seem to care more about wrestling than Vince does, and it shows in their events. Jersey All Pro is more professional, more exciting, and more of what wrestling should be as far as presentation. Ring of Honor brings back to me all the reasons I like to watch wrestling in the first place. However, lately it hasn't been so distinguishable from other promotions. I really wish they would bring back the Code of Honor.</p>

I loved not knowing what was going to happen next, I enjoyed the interaction with the fans. The passion that those guys had to entertain the crowd was like nothing else I have ever seen before. </p>
