It's a small computer with no keyboard basically. Mini Laptop, it's supposed to be a phone and can do everything a computer can do like play music, movies, show pictures. All the things a Laptop/Desktop can do.

I'm just curious to see specific specs on the thing like processor speeds, wireless capabilities and add on accessories.

I mean I won't be getting one anytime soon, they're going to be as much as a medium to high grade laptop will cost, but they're fucking cool as shit!

The MyWay article and a little more tech info but the BBC link has a video in there somewhere.

The touchscreen is cool, but does it remind you of anything?

Sure, it does look PSP-esque, but all the current Multi-Function machines out there have a similar look.

Plus, this thing will have up to 60 Gigs of HD space, something the PSP just doesn't. It's the storage that has me excited. You can hold tons of music in there and still use it like a computer to word process, surf the net and run different portable apps.

It better have more than a few USB 2.0's in it for removable HD's, keyboard, mouse, printer and everything else.

Another BBC story, now sounding bad for the Origami

Jesus, I saw a headline on the BBC News and Drudge Report sites THIS MORNING talking about the release of this device, and not 4 hours later there's already a BBC News story about how the device isn't sounding like it will be any good.

Article says Bill Gates wanted a device that lasted all day on one battery charge and was about $500. Well this thing isn't that.

I can't believe I saw these 2 articles in the same day. Isn't it a little too soon to be shit talking a product that hasn't even been sold to one person yet?
