Oh, I hope Aaron McGruder has something to say about this...

The aim of the specials, Marlon Wayans said in a statement, is to get kids laughing "by creating characters they can relate to while entertaining their parents at the same time." The Wayans brothers are all parents, Shawn Wayans said. "I wanted to make the show that I want my kids to watch," he said.

I don't know what I fucking hate more - celebs who suddenly want "my children to see my work" (they will, asswipe, when they grow up - and are horrified by "White Chicks"), pandering down to kids, or entertainers (especially ones who like to picture themselves as edgy) have kids and then want to turn around and lecture the rest of the world how to be good parents.

R&F have nailed this topic a lot of times, including recently, and it's the truth - celebs think that cartoons or children's books are easy, especially when they have nothing else going on in the careers. They are now around the shit all the time because they have kids, and the idea hits them..."Hey...what the world really needs right now is a cartoon called 'Thugaboo' which holds a mirror up to our society and helps us laugh gently our troubles away.'"

Viva La Spongebob anyday.

I'm of the mind there should be LESS TV/movies/computer games/etc. for kids. The last thing they need is something that's going to park their asses and not let them do anything productive. You wanna do something for your kid? Take them outside, stimulate their minds...anything but blasting then with MORE pop culture nonsense.

The only way I'll watch is if the kids knock a Korean Grocery store over the 1st episode and buy crack with it.

I also demand overuse of the N word, and all women shall be referred to as "Hoes."
