You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Still prefer GTA:3. Graphics not as good but liked the layout. Lazlow did an incredible job on the music/talk stations for game. One of those series of games you dont really have to do anything in to enjoy.

I,ve done the same thing, although not lately, I would grab an NRG and listen to the funk station and cruise.
