I never realised that the chick in my avatar was dead. She was Sunny Johnson and my avatar is from the scene from "Where the Buffalo Roam" where she's the dancing nurse in Thompson's room. She was also the ice skater/dancer in Flashdance, and Otto's date in Animal House. Though she was in AH and WtBR for only seconds, as a teenager, I loved her in all 3 parts. She died a year after Flashdance of a ruptured aneurysm at the age of 30.

I don't know if I can feel good about a hot chick avatar, knowing that she's been dead for 21 years.

I can only picture Otter hooking up with the Dean's wife...or am I mixing things up?

No, you have it right. Wasn't that Lisa Baur?

Yes it was....

Here's your pic's story:

At 132 minutes, Landis felt the film was too long. In addition to his own scenes, he cut an early scene of Otter in the red Corvette taking a coed (played by Sunny Johnson) to the Rainbow Motel on Old Mill Road (with his Little Black Bag!). If you watch closely, you can see a few seconds of this scene in the film's trailer, available on the Collectors Edition and 25th Anniversary videos.

Lisa Baur was the name of the chick Otter was with in the backseat at the club where Otis was playing...

And three of the loveliest actresses have vanished from public life: Lisa Baur, Sarah Holcomb and Mary Louise Weller. Although she was a professional actress when hired for the picture, this is the only film credit for Lisa Baur (Shelly Dubinsky).
