Soundboard Program(s)

<p>Hey guys</p><p>what programs do you guys use to build a virtual soundboard on your computer so you can quickly play sound effects or clips for use with prank phone calls or dropping sounds in over a song on the fly?&nbsp; I'm way too tired and drunk at the moment to search and hoped that someone out there was kind enough to throw the answer(s) my way.&nbsp; thanks an assload up front for any help...<br /><br />(also if there are any links to tutorials or FAQs on the subject, that'd rock too...thanks)<br /><br />- Sessa <br />sessa709@yahoo.com<br /></p>

You could just make a playlist in Winamp or something.

The soundboards with pictures, buttons and the whole deal are usually made with Flash
