<p>I haven't been following the storylines, but I did see the PPV last night. Sting was as un-spectacular as ever in his much ballyhooed return. </p><p>And, with the exception of the X division, TNA as a whole looks an awful lot like the on-a-respirator-WCW product just before it went under. Bad, slow match after bad, slow match featuring aging superstars & never-weres with just enough name recognition to make you slightly interested.</p><p>If not for the X-division, I would have no idea how this product is still afloat. Christ, the two biggest moments of the night (as least the way you know the bookers tried to write it) were the return of Sting (which did not impress) and the "Man to be named later" who took on Raven...which was none other than Sean XPac Waltman. Wish I could tell you how that match was, but the mere mention of his name sent me screaming from the room.</p><p>I must admit, however, that the Styles vs. New Japan under 30 champion Tanahashi and the Christopher Daniels vs. Samoa Joe matches were truly PPV-calibur. And the AMW vs. Team 3D match was pretty good. But I can't see how anyone would pay $30 (or was it $20? $40?...whatever) for this product when they can't put together even half a decent card?</p><p>Not that WWE can either right now, but at least they have bottomless pockets backing them.</p>

Indeed. Not to be confused with the musical artist, Sting, the man who named hismelf a verb present tense. "Because he's not stinging, and he's not stung, he's sting!" - Dana Carvey.

<p>i think tna is great and will get better. Keep in mind that there a fairly new company...the matches on impact are so much better than matches on raw.</p><p>I was so happy to see sting come back.. the tag match at the ppv wasnt all that great but im not going to judge him on that one match when ive seen hundreds of great matches from the man called sting.</p><p>keep in mind that he is older and not ever old wrestler can be a ric flair. i think sting can still put on a good match.... i hope the Tag match at the PPV was just a product of a little ring rust</p>

<p>Caught the last TNA ppv with the return of Sting and gotta say the guy can draw heat which isn't easy in a Jarrett match. From what I understand he has signed a one year deal and what I could never understand is why Vince never went out of his way to bring him in years ago. From a merchandising stand point he would of been a cash cow. Sting makes his Impact debut this saturday night.</p><p>All in all the ppv was below par for them </p>

Does Monty Brown know that he looks incredibly gay when he does that awful dance after his finisher? I love what they are doing with Christian; i always thought he could be a main event face. Let’s hope they continue with it. The X division is fantastic. Samoa Joe maybe the most impressive Big man i have ever seen. He is agile he hits with incredible force and his mike skills aren’t terrible. But they are way to cheesy with the extra curricular activates. And YOU CAN NOT BE a big time company when your Monday night program is taped on Saturday. it is just a utter disaster that you turn on Monday night after a PPV and they say. Tune in this Sunday for the great card we have. i mean are you kidding me? its like the Yankees airing their pre game after the Game. the Key to this game folks is for Rand Johnson to go 8 innings. So be sure to tune in about 10 min from now it should be a great game. WHAT??? the game just happened!!!!! I love the x div and a lot of wrestlers. But until they make a dramatic change in the way they do their broadcasts, i do not see them ever being really big.</span></p>

<p align="justify">TNA is unfortunately not marketing their X-Division enough. That style is where wrestling is headed. I wish that the next gen superstars like Brown, Styles, Daniels, Joe, Abyss, AMW and the ROH guys and guys that got a second chance like Rhino, Christian, Team 3-D, and Shannon Moore who will actually get to wrestle like they want to be the focal point of the promotion. </p><p align="justify">TNA was originally a vehicle for Jarrett's career. Having a credible title like the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and Tag Team Championship is great. Having an original title like the X-Division Championship is also exciting and new and fresh. Having it all meshed on one hour is hard to swallow. Hopefully with the upcoming house shows and getting their name out there more with Spike TV and the PPV's, a two hour show will be in their future on a primetime slot. Doesn't have to be on Monday nights, maybe Thursdays, but that's not my point. </p><p align="justify">My point is that TNA has more talent that is better than Jarrett. If Jarrett were smart, he'd step back, let the other guys be the focal point, and let the NWA World Heavyweight Championship enter a new era and style of wrestling rather than rely on the old school names.</p><img src="http://home.comcast.net/~rmfallon/RFnetSpicy.jpg" border="0" />

<p> </p><p>One of the things I find particularly enjoyable about the X Division is the general lack of a face/heel response by the crowd, and even more so because of the wrestlers' ability to build on that. Not only are most of these wrestlers really putting in great efforts to make each match look awesome, but the crowd seems really into cheering on both wrestlers. It makes for a show where everyone gets to showcase their best work and the fans seem to really enjoy supporting one wrestler or another, or just the match itself.</p>

Honestly the only person that anyone in that crowd really boos is Jeff Jarrett. Not because he's the bad guy, but because they legitimately hate him. It's also why they chant "DROP THE TITLE." <img src="http://home.comcast.net/~rmfallon/RFnetSpicy.jpg" border="0" /><a href="http://www.wqaq.com/" target="blank">The Soundtrack of Quinnipiac</a>

Anyone with me on the fact that the Hexagon ring sucks and they should switch to the normal 4 sided ring. Maybe Im old-fashioned but I hate watching the matches on the 6 sided TNA ring.

If TNA comes to the NY area any time soon it'll be interesting to see that Six Sided Ring live. I went to an Impact taping once and it wasn't really being fully utilized by the X-Division guys like it is now. I also would like to see a Six Sides of Steel match live.

Let me tell all of you guys a story about a bitch named Sting. When I move here to Orlando I found a great wrestling radio show with 2 guys that kind of reminded me of Opie and Anthony a little bit,Fritz and Dickerman.Great show to listen to and call into.Anyway,Fritz has recently become an employee of TNA by running the TNA Podcast zone thing they do on the tna website as result TNA has had alot of guys on the show and this past wednesday The bitch named Sting was supposed to be a guest but just like on Impact last night he no-showed and Dickerman made acouple of jokes about Sting not showing up that the Crow wannab got wind of.Well what does Sting do he cries to TNA Management about how on the show they were ripping Sting,Sting kept calling Fritz to rip him since he is part of TNA and the bitch named Sting gets so crazy that he calls Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett to cry like the bitch that he is.Well now Dixie Carter and Jarrett basically puts Fritz in the position to have to choose between his long time friend, the Anthony to his Opie, the Fez to his Ron or TNA who he has worked hard to get in with.Well Dickerman being a standup guy, instead of putting his buddy through that decision, resigned.Sting you are a bitch! You are a supposed christian man who comes to a company trying to grow young stars and make 1.5 millin a year or whatever it is and cry over a comment made over the radio to the point where a guy has to leave his show.I'm disappointed in TNA that they would bow down to Sting like that.I cant wait for the next show because if Sting comes out and even one person refers to this story the whole place will chant at Sting cause thats just how the TNA fans are. I relize alot of you guys might not really care about the radio guys but just the general story couldnt be written. Its unbelievable to me.If anybody remebers when Rock was on Opie and Anthony just imagine if Anthony quit cause Rock cried to Vince over a comment. Its crazy.Anyway sorry if I ranted here but I hate Sting.Wherever you are Sting go fuck yourself you outdated piece of shit.By the way I go to all the TNA ppvs and because its a soundstage the entrance ramps where the guys come out are right in front of the concession stand so all night long your walking next to wrestlers and talking to them its cool as shit.Rhyno,Samoa Joe,Konnan,Xpac,Killings,Shane Douglas and Christopher Daniels are all awesome,Lance Hoyts a dick. But man I hope I run into Sting...literally.

<p>they're basically becoming WCW PART 2 and it's getting annoying or maybe i'm just used to the wwe style of doing things but every month there's a new #1 contender and there's no rhyme or reason to it.</p><p>the only constant is that jarrett has the belt or quickly wins it back if he does lose it.</p>
<p> <font size="0" face="verdana" color="black">is his contract up with wwe??? and the 90 day no compete??</font> </p><p> </p><p>It

<p>i now bringing in newly released tallent from the wwe may seem like wcw bitch tatics, but Christan was a great addition to the tna locker room... and who can complain if chris jericho joins nwa....</p><p>as far as the size of the six side ring goes... when they used the 4 side ring it was the same size of the wcw ring(which is smaller than the wwe ring) so the so the six side ring has about the same distance from rope to rope... My only suggestion (and i dont even know if this is valad) is that they should give the ropes a little more give to them just so it looks better for irsh whips and what not....</p><p>and to IAMTHEGAME, sir please refrain from calling Sting a Bitch. he could spit in your mothers mouth and he still wouldn't deserve the bashing you gave him.</p>

TNA is great but Sting or Steve Borden is a bitch.Fatts grow up Sting is a bitch and if I saw him in the hallway of the impact zone I'd tell him to his painted face that he's a bitch and that all his fans are a bunch of mark bitches.I'm so sick of washed up assholes taking the spots of good wrestlers.Washed up bitches like Sting are just as horrible as juiced up bitches like Masters and Snitsky. If Sting helping TNA grow meant for 5 weeks we see his stupid flashing logo then he comes in for 1 match and takes a 3 month vacation all while collecting the biggest paycheck in the company then I think TNA would have been better off without him.
