NEWSFLASH: Being Fat is Unhealthy

<p><a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10792368/" target="_blank">Being fat. all by itself, is a health risk.</a></p><p>Sounds obvious, and it is. But there is something new. A new study says that just being fat, and not the effects of being fat, can lead to stroke, heart disease and diabetes. In other words, if a person is overweight but still has normal cholesterol levels and blood pressure, it STILL raises your risk for heart disease and and such. Should be obvious, but I've heard some stubborn, desperate people in my life try to claim otherwise.</p>
