The agency, they said, still seeks warrants to monitor entirely domestic communications</p><p>This doesn't surprise me in the least.</p>

They were right to be paranoid, but as you can see form <a href="http://people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/">this</a> MIT study, they need new helmets. (for those of you too lazy to read the report, aluminum foil helmets actually amplify some frequencies and do very little to block others)<br />
