No. I bashed you for saying they were bringing back a has been to take the spot of guys that bust their asses all year. Im all for keeping it under wraps. I hate that they rarely have surprises anymore. I think one of the best Raws I ever saw was one where Rhino AND Spike Dudley both just showed up unannounced. Surprises always make for a better product.

This one reminded me of when Goldberg came and they were chanting it at The Rock before he came out. I think Rock played it off like "I know you guys all know The Rocks accountant Ira Goldberg" or something like that.

There is a reason Cena got as popular as he did. Hes got the talent. I even liked him when he first came out with his two toned short tights and his "Ruthless Aggression" gimmick. He was serious, he was business, he didnt try to be a comedian or pander to the crowd. Then he started rapping and his promos were AWESOME. Then Vince had to try and make him a fucking movie star. The Marine was what fucked him. He started coming out saluting and kissing babies and all this other bullshit. Nobody buys that garbage anymore. The world is too cynical. Thats not what people like these days.

Thats why it frustrates me. I know hes got the talent. I know he can get over. And I know, when the WWE takes the gloves off him and lets him go like they did the last 6 weeks, he can hold his own and turn the fans back on his side. But they handcuff the poor guy because they are afraid Make-A Wish kids may not want him to come see them or some other bullshit. Kids like wrestlers. They would still love a visit from one regardless. So you dont want to turn him heel? Fine, at least make him a tweener. Have him come out and say basically hes done working for the crowd. They dont deserve him. Hes not gonna change anything hes doing, but from now on hes doing it for himself, not for the ingrates that boo him. Miami really just ramped up crowd involvement to Attitude Era levels but the crowds overall have been much better.. Hardly any crickets in the audience anymore. Vince may have no choice but to change... It's how the attitude era started.. He had no choice and the crowds told him where he was going. I'm really glad Daniel Bryan is getting as much attention as he has. Again fans telling Vince what to do and now it's rubbing off on the talent.

It may be finally good times to be a wrestling fan again.. Now... There is really only ONE person who needs to return and leave the business the right way.

For the record, Ive never held him responsible for his current character gimmick. I understand it started out one way and snowballed because of all the money the kids brought in. WWE doesnt want to fuck with that cash, so they leave him out to dry.

Totally agree with you on this. In fact, I wish the WWE would have an off-season, but thats never gonna happen. So the best thing is for any top star is to take a long break.

Brock Lesnar's match with John Cena at Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view got rave reviews from most fans who saw the show, but Lesnar went ballistic backstage after the match and was screaming at WWE officials and ripping apart the locker room.

According to PWinsider.com, the huge blow-up took place because of the promo John Cena cut after the match.

The original plan was for Cena to be so badly hurt by Lesnar that even though he won, he would be stretchered out, which would keep Lesnar looking strong.

Lesnar perceived Cena's speech as a double cross by WWE officials and totally lost it backstage.

The angle on RAW with Lesnar and Triple H and Lesnar's temporary departure from WWE television was the plan all along, but relations between Lesnar and WWE are not good at the moment

F4Wonline.com reports that WWE's new mentality with Lesnar is that they're paying a lot of money for a guy who is not their top guy, so he should be used when he can to put over their top talents. People in Lesnar's camp were feeling like WWE was just testing Lesnar by having Cena cut the post-match speech.

Brock was told before the Extreme Rules match that Cena would go out on a stretcher and look totally incapacitated and be injured. Lesnar went nuts backstage in front of everyone, tearing things up and throwing a tantrum. Lesnar specifically yelled at Marc Carano, the assistant to John Laurinaitis, about how things are a mess and everything is wrong in WWE. Some felt that part of the tantrum was just an act by Lesnar to show to the locker room that he could quit at any minute. Some of those same people felt that WWE officials could have been involved in Lesnar trying to work the other talents.

Lesnar also suggested that Cena intentionally pulled down the top rope at Extreme Rules, causing him to nearly blow out his knee in the bad spot towards the end of the match where they both tumbled over to the floor. Again, most believe that there is no real heat between Cena and Lesnar over this and this also could have been part of an act by Lesnar.

Despite what's an act and what's part of the TV storylines, sources insist that Lesnar's status and future with WWE is a sticky situation. While Lesnar vs. Triple H is in the works for SummerSlam, some in the company are already predicting that he will end up working the remaining big pay-per-view events of 2012, Royal Rumble 2013 and then WrestleMania 29 before being done with the company.
