Under terms of the league's collective bargaining agreement, a player can be suspended for a maximum of four contests for conduct detrimental to the team. ACCOUNTABLE for his "breakdown" and the severe repercussions of that

breakdown are you talking about? He threw for 357 yards and 3
touchdowns. He had the best game against the Patriots defense of any QB
in the playoffs last year, including the great Peyton Manning. If you
are referring to the last drive, I'll tell you what the problem was
there. Andy Reid has a problem getting plays in quickly. It
consistently kills any 2 minute drill the Eagles try to run and cost
the Eagles 2-3 timeouts a game every game. This is a constant, it
happened when AJ Feeley became started a couple years ago and it
happened before McNabb became the starter. As for the throwing up, he's
actually done that before. He did it on a late drive against
Jacksonville a few years ago and it didn't stop them from scoring a
touchdown. The New England defense is the single biggest reason by far that the Patriots won. 
And if you actually think anything Terrell Owens is saying about
McNabb is because he wants to hold him accountable you are gullible.
This is 100% because of greed. He wants a new contract and he isn't
getting it so he's acting like a spoiled child. Him wanting to hold
McNabb accountable would indicate him having even the least bit of
concern about the Eagles, which he ceased having the second he didn't
get his new contract. And how the fuck does saying that if the Eagles
had Brett Favre that they'd be 7-0? How is that holding McNabb
"accountable?" How is that in any way sane? Did he see the 40+ points
the defense gave up to Denver? The putrid performance they gave against
Dallas? The only game you MIGHT be able to put on McNabb is the Atlanta
game where he got his ribs bruised on the first drive. And even then
the biggest point in that game was probably when Trotter gets ejected
before the game even starts. Atalnta wouldn't have been able to run up
and down the field with Trotter in there, at least to the degree they
did without him.

By the way, if I were you though I'd drop that Andy Reid angle.He's
a great coach, but that's one of his faults, flat out. He doesn't get
plays in quickly. I've watched just about every single Eagles game
since he took over and it happens ALL THE TIME. It rarely costs the
team, but it did in the Super Bowl.I just don't buy the idea
that McNabb choked. He did better than any other QB managed in the
playoffs. The pics were a problem, but I blame that more on the Pats
defense than anything else. They ran into a great Pats defense and came
up just short.If you are going bring up the three NFC
championship games, don't bother. He played decent in the game against
the Rams. The next year he played the Bucs in only his second game back
from injury while obviously still hurt. And he suffered broken ribs in
the game against the Panthers, not to mention he had no weapons in that
game, Westbrook was out. He couldn't even finsh the game the injury was
so bad.

wasn't just his comments. He also got into a fight with Hugh Douglass
after Douglass took exception to comments he was making to McNabb. The
way they discribed it, TO was riding McNabb and Douglass stepped in. Cant find a link.

YIKES. T.O.'s agent Drew is on fire. I honestly do not think a player should be suspended for words. If there was a fight or something, I still dont think you get booted off a team for that.I think he's good for the game. Like Rodman, Tyson, happy Gilmore -  He works the crowd up.  People love to hate em - It adds to the game and I think there are players in the NFL who have done worse shit and still play. It's not like he was involved in a murder ( Ray Lewis) Or failed a drug test Or dealt drugsOr hit his wife

was wrong but for a moment let me defend my credibility.  I
received the first report that he is not suspended and available to
play via my cousin who heard it on a Philly sports talk station that
day.  That alone was not enough for me to post what I did. 
However, during the Giants game the same report was not only stated by
the color commentator but clearly shown in text across the
screen.  It was literally spelled out for the home audience to see. Still,
I'll need to use better judgement concerning my future sources. 
It's not the first time Fox News made me look like an ass on this
board.

he's becoming the new mike tyson... the media hangs on his every word and expression. unless his team wins a superbowl and he's mvp he will always have something bad to say about someone else, it will always be somebody else's fault. he has enough of a track record now that if any team picks him up they truly deserve what they get

If I was on national TV shit talking about my company and everyone
in it, I would expect to see my stuff in a box on the curb waiting for
me the next time I came in to work. One player is
not more important than the rest of the team.  Everyone acts
aslike if TO doesn't get the 100 yards, no one will.  Some one
will pick up at least some of those yards.  It's a long shot, but
maybe the offense will actually improve by spreading the ball around
more instead of constantly firing at T.O.  The Eagles won their
way through the playoffs to the Super Bowl without T.O.  You don't
need to have the biggest star in the league on your team to win it
all.  Just look at the Pats.

I love it! This is a quote from the News & Notes section for T.O. in the Yahoo Fantasy Football section. NBC10.com report, citing Knight Ridder, reports there is serious backlash at Philadelphia Eagles WR Terrell Owens' agent, Drew Rosenhaus - from his fellow sports agents. Several agents interviewed by reporter Paul Domowitch said the rest of the agents who represent NFL players are "nauseated" at Rosenhaus. Two sources told Knight Ridder that some of Rosenhaus' current NFL player-clients are looking to dump Rosenhaus after his performance at Wednesday's press conference, Nov. 9, where he took the spotlight away from Owens.
