<p>I was as surprised as you are.&nbsp; My household?&nbsp; It seems they selected us at random to be a household that charts what they listen to for a week period.&nbsp; I don't know why but I think this is kinda cool.</p><p>I mean there's LOTS of shit on TV and radio that is put on or taken off all the time.&nbsp; All the time I've wondered &quot;Hey, what are these assholes using to chart ratings?&nbsp; They never ask someone like me what I think.&quot;</p><p>Well now they are.&nbsp; I made sure to let the nice lady know that I was listening to XM Satellite Radio today.&nbsp; Hey, she asked.&nbsp; And when asked what I was listening to, I said 202 with Opie and Anthony and Ron and Fez.&nbsp; FUCKIN' A RIGHT!&nbsp; And that's about all my booklet they said I'll receive will really reflect, because it's all I listen to.&nbsp; I got one for my mother, father and grandmother too.&nbsp; I was thinking of just making theirs say XM in all the slots too, but fuck it.&nbsp; That would look too fake.&nbsp; So let them do their own thing.&nbsp; Unfortuantely, my Mother's will talk about the local religious station.&nbsp; My father likes Public Radio.&nbsp; Not sure what my grandmother listens to.</p><p>Also, they said there's money in the envelopes.&nbsp; What the hell is that?&nbsp; No checks, they warned me there would be actual currency in each one.&nbsp; Not a lot, but they said &quot;It's enough to buy a cup of coffee.&quot;&nbsp; So I'm guessing a dollar or two.&nbsp; I didn't know they did that.&nbsp; </p><p>I don't think it's a scam.&nbsp; Is it?&nbsp; They just asked for my mailing address, nothing more.&nbsp; I hope it's all for real.</p>

Back in the mid 1970's my&nbsp;family had a Nielson Ratings TV log sent to us. I filled out the whole thing with syndicated Gilligan's Island and Get Smart. Haven't heard from them since.

it was 12 dollars each time for the 4 envelopes...Pretty good deal in

<p>Last year I did this...yea I was honest.&nbsp; I believe they&nbsp;tell you to make note of WHENEVER you hear a radio....I was in Dunkin Donuts long enough to notice they had on WKTU for 10 minutes, so I wrote it down too.&nbsp; That week I had to drive from North Jersey to Baltimore on Monday, so I had KROCK, YSP and Live105.&nbsp;Then Live105 all week nights&nbsp;and for the trip back up I wrote whatever I had on.</p><p>I got 3 crisp dollars out of it.</p><p>And yeah, there is a Comments area</p>
