XM Customer service

XM has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with..Which is
saying alot..I have not been able to manage my account online since I
first signed up in August..I just bought 2 more radios(a total of 4
now)and they are unable to tell me where they are, or if and when they
will be sent..The worst part is they tell me I will be emailed updates,
and have told me 5 TIMES they will call me back in the next 24 hours to
update me..No emails..No calls..I swear to Jesus, if it wasn't for Ron
and Fez, I would be gone on principle alone..What a shame, because I do
really love the programming.<br />

Yeah, then if you had any sort of question or problem, you'll get the
&quot;we'll put that in our notes/forwarded it ahead/escalate the
concern/give us 24 to 48 hours&quot; bullshit speech from them..If I hear
them apoligize for the inconvenience one more time, I'm going to throw
my phone through the window, and then my fucking TAO is going to follow
right behind it...What a bunch of do-nothing asses.<br />

<p>The Xm costumer service sucks for a while but then they give you free stuff like they gave me free 4 months of service cause i was being dicked around by them and UPS and the fulfillment center company which went bankrupt 2 days after i ordered it's crazy but they made it up to me </p><p>but i still am confused by bits of it </p><p>I'm like a battered wife they punched me in the eye but they bought me new shoes so it's okay it was my fault in the first place i should of listened</p><p>also did you get the white guy number?</p><p>&nbsp;the first number they give you is like all indian guys but then if they can't help they give you the number where you end up talking ot some american sounding dude or he's just really good at his gig over in india</p><a href="http://suchsome.somesuch.org/"><img src="http://members.hometown.aol.com/_ht_a/walrus701/images/breadsig.jpg" border="0" /> <br />number 333 its the way to be</a>
