Someone in my office came by my desk to ask if I had a screw driver for eye glasses, and I did have one on my Swiss Army Champ that I have at work.  They said someone had told them to ask me because I have "everything". I have scissors, tape, post its, band aids, alcohol wipes, mini-medical kit, Tylenol, rubber bands, plastic forks, spoons and knives.  I have batterys, disketts, crackers, zip lock bags, the Swiss Champ that has pretty much everything you need, nail clippers, tweezers, flash lights, can and bottle openers. I have it all!Anyone else like me? quote:  Yes - I once wore the shirt of a band I was going to see.<img src="http://img40.photobucket.com/albums/v124/Canofsoup15/Sigs/AJinDC-Sig.jpg" border="0" /> A Skidmark/canofsoup15 production.Red Sox NationI was thinking the same thing when I read the title.  Nice one AJ.I manage 50 people, so I pretty much have to be "That Guy".  I at least make sure that I've got enough over the counter meds and first aid supplies in my office to keep most people from having to leave work with minor boo-boo's and ailments.  At my last job, we were working so much overtime (avg'd 90 hrs a week for over two months) and asking so much of each other and our employees that we even started making them sit down to pot luck dinners and force feeding them vegetables and real food to keep them from binging on fast food and the snack machine, and even started handing out supplemental vitamins.  At one point, the female shop lead that worked for me tried to give me a B-12 shot.  That's when I realized we'd probably hit our limit.We were young and ambitious then, and yes, stupid, but I still pack a pretty heavy med bag with me just in case, and because we have sheet metal, CNC machining, waterjet and a comprehensive wiring facility and paint and finishing dept... there's not much that we can't make or fix, and it's a daily chore to make sure that we're actually working on aircraft parts and not someone's kid's science project.  The admin and engineers are constantly sneaking over to our shop to have something fixed or made.But even in the beginning, when there were only 5 of us starting up this company, I was pretty much "that guy", and had to take to locking my office/shop up even if I went to lunch or to the head because people would help themselves to my office looking for what they needed first before considering going out and buying it.

I forgot to mention that with the rain we had this week, a girl in my office came in totally soaked and was complaining about her wet pants.  I had a pair of sweats in my cabinet and gave them to her and she put them on (side Confession - it did arouse me, shes kinda hot) and wore them all day.  I even lent her my umbrella and a poncho I had in the cabinet for when she went home.  Oh, I had her wet pants and socks hanging up on the wall of my cubicle (we share the cubicle) and I had my fan blowing on them to dry them. <img src="http://www.chaoticconcepts.com/randomizer/random.php?uid=8" border="0" /> My Thanks to Just Jon, Reefdwella, ADF, Yerdaddy,Monsterone and Katylina for the sig-pic help and creation!Which Witch Wished Which Wicked Wish?

I forgot to mention that with the rain we had this week, a girl in my office came in totally soaked and was complaining about her wet pants.  I had a pair of sweats in my cabinet and gave them to her and she put them on (side Confession - it did arouse me, shes kinda hot) and wore them all day.  I even lent her my umbrella and a poncho I had in the cabinet for when she went home.  Oh, I had her wet pants and socks hanging up on the wall of my cubicle (we share the cubicle) And how long did it take for you to add the pants to the collection of used tissues, stray hairs and utensils that you have from her?Freak.

Swiss army knife in pocket; leatherman, some band aids, cell phone, and a mr sharpie in knapsack at all times.   Yes this is just for work. If venturing forth (hiking, geocaching, etc) - waterproof matches, buck knife, gps, and a couple yards of 1/8 inch line.
