Who thinks that they should bring back the old opening with the oddities them song?

i like this one but it doesn't feel right for them to have as the opening

Not me. Change is good. By the time they dumped "Oddities" in the beginning of 2003, it was time to move on.

I liked the Wjfk openings more than oddities, and I couldn't take the
screaming fez for more than a week thankfully(nature boy).It works as a
bit,for novelty. One good thing about old-old Kenny Allen version intro
was cheezy and funny...like uncle
Flloyd. I still
really can't place how I fell in love with the show after a week, but it
definitely took time, like I was stuck doing Roof INSULATION for that
week and nothing else was ON.
I loved the Oddities opening, but by the time they changed it I was also ready for something new. It was good hearing them, tho, on the AFRO shows (mixed with O&A's theme), but I was kind of relieved they stayed true with always moving forward and trying to do new stuff. I really like the new one a lot. The clips are perfect, and they sound crisp and clean, which was a problem I had with some of the stuff they played in DC. The last one at WJFK I really didn't care for that much, but it eventually grew on me; the one WB did I hated during the entire run. The one with the Kill Bill music I enjoyed. The closing music is essential, imo. I missed it when they switched it out earlier this year.

In the past, it was "Vertigogo" by Combustible Edison...and I agree, a very great, distinctive touch to the show that is much missed. Went perfectly with the "SEEEEEYUH'S."

They play the Walken clip plenty of times, but since they've gotten to XM I hear no cowbell being played in studio. Don't tell me Infinity owned that?! haha

Well, I personally liked the ICP music they used in the intro they had a while back and I especially loved the Kill Bill intro they had here at jfk most of all. I'm a big Tarantino fan and I loved the Kill Bill movies. What I enjoy most about this intro is the Samuel Jackson dialogue from Pulp Fiction. The nature boy was cool at first it but then it was getting to be a bit much after a few days but I do enjoy all the clips they are using in their current intro.
