<a href="http://www.musicselection.com/amazon.htm" target="_blank">This is the asshole's space on Amazon</a>His user name is music_selectionOK.  I bought a CD from this fucking piece of shit on Amazon.  "Down to Earth" by Ozzy.  I got it used for about 4 bucks with shipping, so we're not talking about a small fortune here.  It's the principal of the thing.  I paid for it that minute, and forgot about it for a couple weeks to be honest because I've never had an Amazon problem, ever.  But now that I'm only a few days from the allowed delivery grace period, I started to remember my fucking CD never came in.Looking at his overall Feedback History, he only has an 87% Positive.  I know that sounds good, but that really averages out to about 1 out of 10 of his customers received their packages after the guarenteed grace period Amazon allows for delivery or they plain just didn't get SHIT!  Plus, in the last 30 days his positive average went down to 79%.  Holy Shit!I understand it's WAAAAY to late now, but I JUST looked at this Feedback today, and just got more and more worried about this fucko.  Person after person with a "Never received shippment" or a "Package was postmarked after guarenteed delivery time.  No communication.  20 E-mails ignored."  I let him know that I'm not going away.  Yes, tough Internet talk, but I am prepared to back it up.  It starts here with a little bad word of mouth.If you are buying things online, please remember this asshole's HORRIBLE feedback average.  For me, anything under like 97% is kinda getting suspect.  There's always a few assholes who can't be satisfied, but 1 out of 10?  That's way too many folks.  I mean would you rather buy from someone with 1 or 2 neutral or bad feedbacks or a guy with 1 out of 10 dissatisfied people?Thanks.

I'm not the kind of guy who goes out of his way to do things like this usually.  I'm not that asshole who write into shows that he doesn't like.  I'm not the kind of guy who phones in to places that give him bad service usually.  I'm not even the guy that has to make a scene in a bar or whatever.  But when you wrong me, you will know my name is DEATH METAL MOE, and I do not allow people to treat me in such a fashion.I want everyone to know how this guy treated me, and if you have the choice between him and someone with a better record, please do yourself a favor and don't choose this fucknut.

A small victory for us!OH yea, I will get my money back.  I know Amazon has a policy where you get it back if you're screwed.  It's just the principal of the thing.Also, I just feel so DOUCHEY reporting him, basically telling on him.  I like to take care of problems myself, but the best I can hope for is someone at Amazon revoking his account.  He can just set up another one too, I would assume.  There's no accountability online, and if someone chooses to ignore your E-mails, you can't touch them.So telling Amazon about him and warning others are my only available choices at this point.  That's why I made the thread.

Well I sent an E-mail to Amazon, and I got the response I expected.  I have to wait until after October 18th to file a complaint because this piece of shit has until then to get me my CD.  I got a very lenghty form E-mail from some guy.Still no response from my increasingly pissy E-mails to the seller.This ain't over.

Another update on this losing story.Waiting for Amazon to refund my money.  It takes up to 2 weeks they said.  The guy never returned one of my mails, but I mean after the feedback I left him and the way I talk in the mails, I don't expect much.  Here's what I left in his feedback area:Rating: 1 out of 5 (You can't give zero or I would have)"Worst seller I've ever delt with.Never got CD, no E-mails returned for WEEKS.I hope you get booted off Amazon.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCUM. 100% RIP OFF.Waste of my time.You are horrible.How do you live with yourself?"I can't touch the guy so I'm hoping to somehow get under his skin to at least ruin his day, and hopefully the rest of his life.  His positive rating has dropped to 65% as well.  When I tried to look at other open auctions by this douchebag, it said there were none.  I hope this means he's done on Amazon.  I also really hope there's no way he can sign up again with a new identity, but I'm sure he can sneak back in somehow.So that's about it.  Oh, in the end I found a torrent site that gave me the whole CD, so because of this fucking jerk, the music industry loses as well.

I thought about death or family emergency myself Spoon.  But there's still a shitload of people who give the guy 4 and 5 star ratings saying they got great service.  So for some reason the guy just decided not to send 1 out of 10 people their shit.  Actually, about 2 in 5 people now.And it's way too many people to just be fake auctions that he sets up and buys from himself or some scam like that.  It's real people getting their stuff, and us unlucky folks getting the shaft.And yes, it's worth getting this upset about.  I personally don't feel I've become THAT upset about this.  I don't let it keep my up nights.  I don't brood over it at work.  I don't even think about it that much online.  But it does creep back into my mind everytime I open Amazon now.  This one guy honestly did make me think twice about getting stuff from 3rd party vendors on Amazon.
