Can anyone in the D.C. area recommend or even know of these style restaurants. Don't want to de-rail your thread, but I'm with MDR!Brazilia on Ferry St. in Newark is probably the finest churacaria in America. There are about a dozen places on Ferry St where you can get authentic BBQ! And the Portugese market around the corner, OUTSTANDING!!

There is a pretty good one in Rockville,MD Churrascaria Grill. Alot of BEEF!

I say sweeping the pockets of the Dutchman was not Mob business!

I love these places.  First time I ever tried one was when I visited a buddy of mine in Dallas.Here's the one in Rockville, MD:Green Field Churrascaria (301) 881-6476 1801 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 And I know that there's one on Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA (not too far from the Pentagon) but I can't remember the damn name.

There's a Greenfields in Hackensack or somewhere there (the plaza with
the teacher's store). It started out as a churrascaria style restaurant
but when I went there recently they also served sushi as well.

course, its on W 49th between 8th and 9th. Little pricey but seems

This was about the ONLY good thing I heard on that crap show "Big Mo & Douche". Their description of this dining experience had me drooling. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the place they went to, but it was in the DC/Northern Virginia area.If Mo & Douche weren't such loosers, you could contact them to find out where the place is.
