also helps he never had a formal contract with ECW, and therefore WWE
(who owns all rights to anything ECW) can't claim to own the Raven
character. PLus in WCW they were so desperate to get Raven, they did
away with the &quot;inellectual property&quot; clause in order to sign Raven<br />
