does anyone think this is real? It's kinda like you need someone to knock and bring down..because it is so funny (i.e. billy staples).

perhaps the "wicki" boss thing coming in is supposed to keep us interested all week...

i would listen anyway, but I'm definately checking the show out today so they got me..

I think it's more of the "torture the staff" stuff Ron and Fez do on their show.  I mean has it even been a month?  Keisha got a lot more time, I think they'll give Harry time too.That other guy may be gone though.

I vote for |Al Dukes scream| "What do I have to say! This is not a Bit!!" There have been a few clues that lead me to think this is not the usual Beat Up the Producer routine - Ron telling Harry to get out of the studio on Wed. punctuating it with an "I'm not fooling around " and Anthony's opening rant on Thursday's O&A show - Harry as "a fat sack of cunt". I'll be surprised if Harry is around Monday.

I think Harry using Anthony's PC (Alienware, not a regular office PC) while drink coffee and flossing was part of the same issue for Anthony.

but was'nt sure, my PC has a door on front that locks, he should get a
lock,from my experience you can tell people not to bother your stuff -
but if it is'nt locked up it still gets screwed with anyway when you're

I would think Harry is getting fired. I also think RnF were kinda just
doin a bit. They were goofing he'd be fired, but I think Anthony will
see to it that he is fired.

If you got the chance to hear harry as an O&A Xm intern, you know that he was only spotlighted once, and that was for something he did wrong. If he was worth anything, he would be working for O&A now, and not for Ron and Fez. It really surprised me that he didn't make an impact on O&A as an intern, because allegedy he's supposed to have comedic talent, so it doesn's surprise me that Ron and Fez have been talking about him getting fired. He just seems like he doesn't put his talent into the show, and he's not ready to work for the show. If he would dismiss everything else in his life, he could have kept his job. Now we'll probably have to put up with Mikey D or possibly Wonderboy. May God help us all.

It's most likely a bit,and a very funny one.I really get a kick out of
the staff falling all over themselves attacking each other,like the
Hideout.It's silly and entertaining,HIJINX comedy.It's also very safe
and eats time,recurring bit,that lasts and lasts like the chewy
goodness of a tootsie roll.

My vote is bit.  Usually if someone is getting fired or is in serious trouble, the #1 rule is to not talk about it on the air or at the very least, don't go into detail about it.Considerinng how legal and by-the-books XM would be, I doubt that a lower-level employee would be publically fired because said employee can say that it prevented them from getting a new job.My thoughts are this:Anthony's concerns given Harry's lack of respect for privacy and personal space is a legit concern, but it's not a concern that someone is fired over for the first few offenses.  Written up, suspended, possibly.  But you don't fire someone for it,unless it's repeated, gross, subordinate behavior.Don't forget - Anthony's computer isn't really Anthony's computer.  It's XM's computer that they bought for the O&A show.  If O&A get fired, is Ant taking the computer with him?  Ant actually made a small bit about this when they started last year.Personally, I've heard the anger in Ron's voice when dealing with Harry, but I think he's more frustrated that he likes the kid on a personal level but he's not getting as much done and getting it done the right way like other producers have.  I think he also realizes that it's O&A's house and Harry's pissed off O&A, and it made a semi-uncomfortable situation much like the Al-Opie situation.Has a Ron and Fez producer actually been fired? Al was removed from the gig, but still remained an employee.  I know there was the Donna G issue, but that was't show related.
