If I could suggest the most underrated condiment -

Chopped Hot Peppers

I put this on hot dogs, bratwurst, hamburger, eggs, pizza and everything else. It is so incredibly good and I suggest you try it.

I never forget about relish, I just use it selectively. Once in a while on a hot dog or burger; sometimes in my tuna.

Probably the only condiment I ever use. Besides cocktail sauce for the swimps of course.

used to be a favorite of mine but i've switched to boring plain old mustard on my dogs... i'd buy a jar for company but then it sits in the fridge for years and i have to toss it

I like Indian relish. I'm not sure what makes it Indian, but it is what I put on my dogs. Plus mustard.

Relish is good when used sparingly, but it can be overwhelming sometimes. It's awesome with tuna because I need somethin to cut that horrible pure fat mayo taste.
