I have a TV stand with one shelf, I keep my cable box on it and my
DVD/Surround System on the bottom. I have a huge gap in between and
would like to add a new shelf, maybe put my PS2 on it or something.
Does anybody know where I could buy one?

I'd like it to match and not look shitty.

Check with Ikea, Lowes, or Home Depot they sell shelves and fasteners to have it work with your tv stand. If you can take a pic so we can see what you are talking about. You could by a piece of MDF or plywood and either paint or stain it and attach it to your TV stand. Get L brackets to hold the shelf in place. You can also check with the manufacturer to see if they sell an additional shelf for your TV stand.
