it certainly looks like he was being candid 'even calling her a bitch' and not acting. he most likely choked her out, fucked her, and then used his friends to dump the body. it's a shame the body didn't float to shore or even part of the body because it would bring some closure for the Mom and loved ones. Yeah, that was pretty heartbreaking. I give her all the credit in the world for accepting that this might never get truly solved. but at least it gives her some kind of closure.

Van der Sloot, 24, was charged with killing Flores exactly five years after American student Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba. Van der Sloot has long been the primary suspect in her disappearance.

Van der Sloot was accused of killing Flores in her hotel room and robbing her of casino winnings.

But this may not be the end of van der Sloot's legal troubles. In June 2010, a federal grand jury in the United States indicted him on charges of wire fraud and extortion for trying to extort $250,000 from Natalee Holloway's mother. Van der Sloot allegedly told her that if she gave him the money, he would lead her to her daughter's remains.

The U.S. could attempt to extradite him to face charges stateside.

If he confesses to the first murder it will have no bearing on his current sentence. It was in a different country. And he was never tried for the first one. He could attempt a ploy to start talking, in hopes that Aruba would extradite him (assuming their prisons aren't as bad), but if that happened, he probably would have to serve his term in Peru before Aruba could get their hands on him. In all likelihood, the Aruba case will never go any further than is has, unless they miraculously find her body. About all that would do, is give her family a little more closure.
