<p>For some reason, I seam to get pretty lucky when it comes to meteors. I've seen at least 5 in my lifetime, that were spectacular enough for me to think they might actually be exploding planes. One (back in '89) was seen from Maine to Georgia. </p><p>As a kid, it was always fun to lay in the golf course near here, in the middle of the night, and see hundreds of them a night. My area is growing though, so it's getting harder to see them.
