Unfortunatley.<a href="http://www.thewmurchannel.com/news/4815733/detail.html?subid=22101161&qs=1;bp=t" target="_blank">Man's Testicles Locked In Padlock</a>Ok, so he had it on for two weeks.  Once again, you get the standard police line..."Never in my 13 years have I seen anything like this."  But I see that line all the time in stories like these.  This stuff happens EVERY DAY.  Probably in your neighborhood, very close.  And there's nothing you or I can do about it. "Police said that they did not know the motive for the incident."Besides he wanted to padlock his nuts?

He was taken to Exeter Hospital, where a locksmith removed the padlock. He was treated and released, and the hospital said he had no lasting injury......ring....ring....ring...."Hello, this is Exeter Locksmiths - how can I help you?  Ok....the lock is where?  Uh-huh.  Key's broken off in the lock? Uh-huh. This is gonna cost you time and a half.  Plus, you can never repeat this story to anyone.  I'll be there in 10 minutes."
